What Is Salt Therapy (Halotherapy)?
Salt therapy—also known as Halotherapy—is a natural wellness treatment that mimics the microclimate of salt caves found in Eastern Europe.
During each session, pharmaceutical-grade salt is ground into tiny particles and dispersed into the air. As you breathe it in, the salt gently:
Cleanses your respiratory system
Reduces inflammation and congestion
Balances pH levels
Kills bacteria and viruses naturally
It’s a simple, peaceful, and powerful way to help your lungs, skin, and mind feel their best.
🌸 Our Salt Room Environment
Our salt room is a shared, community space meant to be quiet, relaxing, and rejuvenating. Guests unwind in comfortable chairs surrounded by glowing Himalayan salt walls and calming ambient light.
To keep this a sanctuary for all, please note:
Absolutely no essential oils, perfumes, or fragrances
No cigarette smoke residue or strong body odors
Please maintain a quiet environment to allow everyone to relax fully
Salt is a natural antimicrobial and antibacterial—so while you’re here, you can breathe easy knowing the environment is naturally self-sanitizing.
