What is Halotherapy?
Halotherapy, also known as salt therapy, is a treatment that involves breathing and being exposed to salt and mini-salt particles to improve your breathing, allergies, and skin. Our Salt Rooms
We have two salt rooms at Kansas City Salt Mine in Lee’s Summit, MO, and all of them are wheelchair accessible. When calling to schedule your appointment please let us know if you need wheelchair accessibility and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
The Large Salt Room
Single 45-minute halotherapy
The large salt room seats 1-8 people. This room is always a PRIVATE ROOM (Only one person needs to reserve the room per party. Additional people will be added at check-in). The room will have a plastic tote in it for your personal belongings, we will provide a pair of socks to use while in the salt room, and no food, drinks, or strong scents allowed during your session.
These sessions are 45 minutes and book on the hour (10:00, 11:00, etc.)
Note:
– Tuesday’s and Thursday’s are now $20 per person
– 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment the same day, you will be charged for the session.
The Small Salt Room
Single 45-minute halotherapy
The smaller salt room seats 1-6 people. This room is always a PRIVATE ROOM (Only one person needs to reserve the room per party. Additional people will be added at check-in). The room will have a plastic tote in it for your personal belongings, we will provide a pair of socks to use while in the salt room, and no food, drinks, or strong scents allowed during your session.
These sessions are 45 minutes and book on the half hour (10:30, 11:30, etc.)
